Baked Oatmeal
Mix together in Bowl
2 eggs
1/2
cup of cooking oil( I use canola oil)
1 cup sugar
Add
3 cups quick oatmeal
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking
powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup or more
of nuts of your choice( pecans, almonds, English
walnuts)
OPTIONAL: (I recommend it)
1 chopped
apple plus any dried fruit like cranberries,
blueberries, raisins
Put mixture in 9 x 9 baking pan
Bake 350 for 30 min or until brown
around edges
Serve warm with milk ...
also great with Vanilla Ice Cream...delicious the next
day, too.
